    Second intensive breathing session with pranayama techniques (conscious breathing) and the practice of the SKY® breathing technique (Sudarshan Kriya).
  • Introduction to the principles of meditation.
  • Second Sahaj Samadhi meditation session.
Day 3
  • How to combine the two techniques and apply them from the comfort of your home.
  • How to incorporate these tools by creating positive habits in your daily routine.
  • Rules and benefits of meditation.
  • Topics covered include: responsibility, love, thoughts, and the mind.
  • Last intensive breathing session with pranayama techniques (conscious breathing) and the practice of the SKY® breathing technique (Sudarshan Kriya).
  • Last intensive practice of Sahaj Samadhi meditation.
