SKY offers simple, universal principles to increase empathy, compassion and connection while helping students navigate relationships and challenges on and off campus.
BREATHWORK & MEDITATION FOR MENTAL CLARITY AND RESILIENCE
Breathing and meditation allow students to balance the emotions and connect with themselves, manage stress and gain greater self-awareness.
SKY builds positive communities based on meaningful connections, trust and respect to support healthy and happy lifestyles.
SKY views service as a readiness to take responsibility and to improve the world around us. We build skills to address campus needs, gaining soft skills and leadership and teamwork.
